MailOnline reports members of the Duke of Lancaster Regiment allege the name of Agnes' killer was an open secret and that five different soldiers gave the same name to a journalist at The Times.
The paper also reports soldiers who were there on the night and involved in the orgy said they were shown Agnes body that evening by her alleged killer.In an interview with the Lancashire police, "Solider Y", also from the Duke of Lancaster Regiment, claimed Soldier X burst into the Nanyuki bar where other soldiers were getting loaded.
