Kris Jenner had to get a pal to fill in for her as she admitted she was “wasted” while giving an emotional speech on daughter Khloé Kardashian’s birthday.

Khloe celebrated her 38th birthday on Monday June 27, which mum Kris celebrated by posting a sweet gallery of family photos to Instagram, praising her daughter’s “strength” and the way she “handles things”.

But as Khloé’s birthday party got into full swing later that evening, it seems Kris wasn’t done with her praise as she sat down to dinner and gave an emotional speech about her daughter.
