Details of UK plans to require Covid-19 hotel quarantines for people arriving from a list of "red zone" countries will be revealed tomorrow, Boris Johnson has said.
Health Secretary Matt Hancock will make a statement on Thursday outlining details of the plan, amid concern it may not be introduced until February 15.
The PM had already announced plans to require people arriving from 30 "red list" countries to quarantine in a hotel for up to ten days.
