Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

Bomb alert after explosion - one man in hospital and homes evacuated

A man has been injured after a bomb partially exploded, triggering a security alert as nearby homes are evacuated. He has been taken to hospital for treatment to his hands and arms.

The incident happened in the Enniskeen area of Craigavon in northern County Armagh, Northern Ireland, on Tuesday evening. A security alert is under way, with residents having reportedly been moved to a nearby church.

A PSNI spokesman said: "A number of homes in the area have been evacuated. “It is understood a device partially exploded. One male has been taken to hospital for treatment of injuries to their hands and chest. “There are no further details at this stage.” It is understood Army bomb disposal experts have arrived at the scene.
