Britain's Got Talent stars Twist and Pulse have revealed what the show's contestants should be aware of before going on the programme, as auditions begin.Ashley Glazebrook and Glen Murphy, better known by their stage names Twist and Pulse, first shot to fame after appearing on the hit ITV talent show in 2010.They have since gone on to tour worldwide and even win the all-star version of BGT, Britain's Got Talent: The Champions, in 2019.The dance double-act spoke exclusively to the Daily Star about the new series prior to its opening red carpet event on Tuesday.The London auditions kicked off with a bang with the duo making an appearance to show off their new dance routine featuring McVitie’s biscuits and tea at the Palladium.When asked what advice the pair have for the 15th series' contestants, Twist star Ashley said: "You have to enjoy it otherwise you walk away from it and think 'oh, I should have just relaxed and had fun with it'."That's what we always remember.
As nervous as we were, it was the best feeling ever. So, just enjoy it otherwise you will regret it.Pulse dancer Glen added: "I think just be yourself.
There's nothing worse than pretending to be someone else on TV and then people know you're not that person. If you're not that person then I think you're going to struggle."As long as you're yourself and you be true to who you are, then you will be fine.
