The BBC is probing a racist death threat sent to veteran broadcaster Clive Myrie. The 54-year-old BBC One evening newsreader revealed he was targeted along with football pundit Garth Crooks and Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton.
Myrie added that racist abuse is now the worst it has been since his career started in 1988. He said: “I’ve had death threats.
