Arsenal have been told their £25million signing of Gabriel was "an absolute steal" by Kevin Campbell, who named the Brazilian's five key qualities.

Gabriel has shone since his summer move from Lille to the Emirates Stadium and has received widespread praise for his dominant defensive performances.

The 22-year-old scored and was named man of the match on his debut as Arsenal won 3-0 at Fulham on the opening day of the season.

And Gabriel kept another clean sheet during the 1-0 win over Manchester United on Sunday, helping the Gunners come away from Old Trafford with three points for the first time in 14 years.
