An emotional TV appeal by the parents of a man who went missing 28 years ago has been re-released after they were arrested on suspicion of his murder.
Former police officers Charles and Doris Clarke were quizzed in September following a cold case review of Steven Clarke’s 1992 disappearance.
They both categorically deny any wrongdoing and have since been released under investigation. Last week, police released 1993 TV footage of Steven, along with Doris desperate to know what had happened her son, who had a damaged left arm, a damaged leg and a distinctive gait, or limp.
