PRESENTERS Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have sent a video of thanks to five-year-old amputee Tony Hudgell. The emotional message from the showbiz duo came after the youngster raised over £1.2 million for the NHS.
Taking inspiration from fellow fundraiser Captain Tom Moore, Tony walked 10km on his new prosthetic legs to raise funds for the Evelina London Children’s Hospital.
The Ant and Dec fan could not contain his pleasure at receiving the message from the pair. Sharing the moment on social media, mum Paula is heard telling her son "I've got something special," before handing her phone over to Tony, who is sitting on the sofa, covering his eyes with his hands.
