Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have surprised a five year old superfan after he raised over £1million for the Evalina London Children's Hospital.The young boy named Tony, who is from Kings Hill in Kent, had both his legs amputated in 2014 after suffering horrific abuse from his birth parents when was he was just a baby.
When he was discharged from the hospital, Tony, who also suffered from sepsis and bone fractures, was put into the care of his adoptive parents Paula and Mark Hudgell.
