Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Amanda Holden wows in a new series of social media snaps as she showed off her toned pins.The 51-year-old looked amazing and totally ageless in the Instagram uploads, as she got ready for another day of radio reporting at Heart FM.The star donned a cream blouse tucked into a navy skirt with a slit up the side, which Amanda made great use of when posing for the camera.Amanda risked a racy wardrobe malfunction as she kicked her leg up in the air while wearing the daring skirt, almost revealing too much in the glamorous office video.

The TV judge's long legs stole the show as she struck a number of different poses for the camera after starting her work week on the radio.

She had her hair styled straight with flicky ends which oozed 1960s glamour along with full-face glam makeup, showing off her ageless beauty to her fans.This comes after Amanda had witnessed desperate families fleeing war in Ukraine as she reported from the country's border.The Britain's Got Talent judge had been spending time at a refugee camp in Medyka, Poland.Amanda went over there so she could interview people for her new podcast.During her trip, she gave an emotional interview about what she has seen on the border.Amanda said: "I am little watching people trickling in from over the border."It’s extraordinary to witness how quickly people have got together.

There’s a whole village here."There are stalls and stalls of food and clothes. I’ve seen things from Asda and Tesco. It’s amazing where it’s all come from.
