Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Amanda Holden slams Priti Patel during GMB rant about Ukrainian refugee crisis

Amanda Holden has criticised Priti Patel over her handling of the Ukrainian refugee crisis. Speaking on ITV's Good Morning Britain on Tuesday (March 22), the TV personality slammed the Home Secretary Priti for the "ridiculous" amount of paperwork expected to be filled out by a refugee trying to enter the country.

Last week, the Heart FM radio show host travelled to Poland to visit a refugee camp and spoke to families fleeing war-torn Ukraine for her podcast series called Ukraine's Hidden Voices.Amanda called in via video link and spoke to GMB hosts Susanna Reid and Martin Lewis about her trip to the Ukrainian and Polish border following Russia's invasion.

She said: "There was a Union Jack flag there and I spoke to the amazing volunteers from a charity who are trying to deal with it."And the people sat there.

We are all British and we would all have a job to fill out these forms. And we are British! It is a really appalling situation.
