An adorable little red panda kit recently born at a top Scots zoo has just enjoyed her first adventure outside - and like all adventurous youngsters it wasn't long before her watchful mum had to rescue her.
Wee Ruby was born to parents Bruce and Ginger at Edinburgh Zoo in July, and was recently named by staff at the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland run attraction after receiving her first-ever health check.
Keepers have just shared some adorable photos from her first trip outside on their official Facebook page.The pics show Ruby peering out looking nervous from the top of a very high tree after perhaps getting a little too brave.It was followed by a second image of mum Ginger hilariously having to help her back down.The post read:
