The last time we saw Brock Lesnar in the wrestling ring, he was brutally defeated by Drew McIntyre at the WrestleMania 36. And now, the 46-year-old wrestling superstar has confirmed the news. In WWE's new documentary on Edge, WWE 24: Edge - The Second Mountain, Edge opened up about his WWE comeback. The wrestler said that he was offered a contract by “another company”, but he decided to discuss the offer with WWE CEO Vince McMahon.

However, Triple H recently revealed that he did consider postponing or cancelling the show, considering the health crisis that is haunting the world. 

With the recent coronavirus outbreak going rampant across the globe with almost everyone on lockdown mode as a precaution measure, WWE continues to hold tapings of RAW and SmackDown. Albeit, it's without a live audience and held at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, with a limited crew working. Moreover, even Wrestlemania 36 will take place but over the stretch of two days (April 4-5) and in various locations. In spite of putting on a show, it's understandable that WWE's finances will be in jeopardy!

Sports entertainment powerhouse World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on Monday announced that WrestleMania 36 won’t take place at a big stadium as planned, but be moved to its Performance Center trainings facility in Orlando due to the coronavirus pandemic. The company, led by CEO Vince McMahon, has been understood to be in regular touch with city officials from Tampa, Florida, where the big annual event was due to take place April 5.

The world's biggest wrestling event, WrestleMania, is set to go ahead next week despite the coronavirus outbreak.

In a big development surrounding WrestleMania 36, local authorities have suggested it’s a matter of time until the show – taking place on 5 April – is cancelled.
