work from home, more than half of those doing so say being away from the office has changed their lives for the better. New research conducted by business telecommunications provider, 4Com, of 1,435 UK office workers has revealed the biggest challenges to working remotely on a long-term basis.
The findings show that nearly six in ten Brits believe remote working has improved their working lives with just 18 per cent claiming the transition has made their work life worse.
Interestingly, 65 per cent of women said that it has changed their lives for the better compared with 51 per cent of men.However, being away from the usual everyday working environment has its difficulties, and the research found that Brits believe the top three challenges.
