But her fitness routines are only half of the appeal, with many viewers sharing opinions on her often eccentric and flashy outfit choices.
Rather than simply putting on any old gym gear, as many of us will probably do this January after the festive season, Rosa opts for snazzy looks such as leopard print onesies, colourful romper suits and stylish velvet crop tops.
However, her atypical fashion choices have attracted some unwelcome attention – but that hasn't fazed her.In a TikTok video that's been viewed almost 300,000 times to date, Rosa, who goes by the handle @rosafit, could be seen lifting weights wearing an emerald-coloured velour tracksuit.
