A woman was discovered in a pool of blood by her front door after being mauled to death by her "much-loved" dog. Lisa Urso, 52, from Chicago, was attacked by the French Bulldog who had previously been removed from her home after he bit her boyfriend, reports People.
The woman was bitten and scratched while in her Illinois home, Lake County Coroner Dr. Howard Cooper said. Her body was discovered by friends on her porch as she bled heavily.
Lisa's injuries covered "a very large percentage of her body" and her clothes were shredded off, according to the Coroner. The dog-lover had two French Bulldogs and a border collie mix.
