I stopped drinking alcohol a few years back, I eat really healthy. I do Botox basically twice a year, because I get this horrible wrinkle in the middle of my forehead. "But I truly try to live as green as I can."Dishing the dirt on her fitness routine, the singer went on: "Because I get bored really easily with whatever I do, I might do pilates one day – just following a course on YouTube – then another day I might go running, and another day I’ll do weights and then go walking the next day."I try to mix it up as much as I can and if I don’t feel like working out one day, I’m not going to do it.
