After months of global travel restrictions, Ryanair will return to 40% of its normal flight schedule today (1 July). The airline will be operating up to 1,000 flights daily, allowing Brits to once again travel to popular holiday destinations.
Later this week the government is expected to unveil its air bridge agreements with countries deemed low-risk, which will allow quarantine-free travel for holidaymakers.
Until then, the FCO still advises against all but essential foreign travel, and anyone arriving back in the UK must quarantine for 14 days, or risk a hefty fine.
Passengers flying out with Ryanair will be required to follow health and safety guidelines while travelling to prevent the risk of spreading coronavirus.
