Yaeji has released two new singles in collaboration with HYUKOH lead vocalist OHHYUK, ’29’ and ‘Year to Year’.The singles follow on from Yaeji’s July track ‘PAC-TIVE’ and her 2020 mixtape ‘WHAT WE DREW 우리가 그려왔던’. The tracks will be available as a seven-inch vinyl, released from February 11.’29’ and ‘Year to Year’ both arrive with music videos, directed by DQM and Nam Eunuk respectively.Watch the clips below:In a statement, Yaeji explained how OHHYUK helped her “find the joys of creating again” after feeling stuck.“We spent many days together in the studio in Seoul, sometimes not even making music but just chatting about how we grew up and sharing meals together, and our musical collaboration blossomed as our friendship grew,” she said.

Ahead of this Friday’s (April 4) release of her debut album, With A Hammer, Yaeji has shared its final single, “Passed Me By.” Like previous offerings “For Granted” and “Done (Let’s Get It),” the new song highlights her talents as an electronic pop artist after her introduction to the world as a producer and DJ with a penchant for bubbly house and brash techno. These new tracks are bold reconfigurations of her already formidable skill with melody, and “Passed Me By” might be the most beguiling and beautiful one yet.

Yaeji has a new song called “WHAT WE DREW 우리가 그려왔던,” and it’s arrived today with a new music video. It was filmed in Korea with Dawnqmentary and Dadaism Club. “This song is about sharing love and gratitude with the people you call family,” Yaeji said in a statement. “Dawn and our friends helped bring my nostalgia for Korea to life.” Watch it below.

Yaeji is back. The Korean-American producer, DJ, and vocalist has announced her first-ever mixtape, WHAT WE DREW 우리가 그려왔던, which arrives on April 2 via XL. Yaeji has also released the first single from the project, “WAKING UP DOWN,”’ with a new animated video. The video was produced by Studio Yatta and features creative direction/illustration by Annie Zhao in addition to character design by Yaeji herself. Watch that below.
