The charge of felony battery by strangulation against Florida singer and rapper Rodarius Marcell Green (Rod Wave) has been dropped, Pitchfork reports and a court document reviewed by The FADER confirms. Green was arrested on May 2 after an altercation with his ex-girlfriend.

Florida singer Rod Wave a.k.a. Rodarius Marcell Green was arrested in St. Petersburg on Sunday evening and charged with felony battery by strangulation, XXL reports and police documents seen by The FADER confirm.
