A wedding videographer has refused to refund £1,473 ($1,800) after the bride tragically died in a car accident. Bride-to-be Alexis Wyatt, 22, was killed in a car crash in Colorado in February, leaving her fiancé Justin Montney devastated.
The pair had planned to get married later this year, and had hired a videographer to capture the moment. Justin had paid the the company, Copper Stallion Media, up front and in full for the service, signing a contract that stated the payment was non-refundable.
He told KRDO, a local news station, that the company has threatened him with a lawsuit for a defamation after he left a poor review on TheKnot.com.
