Vladimir Putin installs bizarre 'coronavirus tunnel' at his favourite Moscow home

Vladimir Putin has installed a special anti- coronavirus “air lock” at the doorway to his official residence. Russian state television reports that the disinfection tunnel, manufactured by a company based in the Russian town of Penza, has been installed at President Putin’s suburban Moscow residence in Novo-Ogaryovo.Demonstration footage of the tunnel, released by state broadcaster RIA, showed masked people passing through it being sprayed with disinfectant from the ceiling and from the side.Mr Putin’s main spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in April that anyone meeting the president in person would be tested for the virus.Soon afterwards Peskov revealed that he had himself had tested positive for Covid-19.Earlier today the authorities in Russia.
