Harper flashed a charming smile at the camera as she posed beside the dress's designer, Ruta. "Harper's favourite print this season!" doting mum Victoria wrote, "My mini-me and Ruta (who made her dress) at her final fitting before the #VBAW20 show x vb." Victoria was soon swamped with gushing comments from her army of adoring fans. "So lovely Victoria," one offered.
