In a statement, Kent Police said: "Officers are appealing for information about the location of two teenage girls, who have been missing since the evening of Saturday, December 19."Sophie Cromarty was last seen in the Sutton Vallance area, near Maidstone, at around 9pm and Rachel Covington was last seen in the Parkwood area of Maidstone also at around 9pm."They are believed to be together."Describing the girls, Kent Police said: "Sophie is 13 years old, has brown hair and was wearing a white jacket, black boots and was carrying a grey rucksack."Rachel is 14 years old and was wearing all black clothing, a black beanie hat and carrying a rucksack.
