dad-of-five has tried to "shame" a council into fixing flooding in his area by riding on a giant rubber after being hit by torrential rain.
Jayme Loftus, 40, says his area has been plagued with flooding "for years" but claims he can't seem to get Stockport Council to address the issue.

His wife took a photo of him as he floated along with his arms and legs in the air, reports Manchester Evening News. "It's been going on for years and it's become a bit of a running joke," he said."Every time it rains you can bet your last five it will flood.
