Britain is split down the middle as the week progresses with the South warming up to 24C while the North endures heavy rain.
Today, temperatures rise to 22C with some warm sunny spells further south, but heavy rain is set to blight Scotland. That wet weather heads south on Wednesday with cloud and rain forecast for the North of England as temperatures in London rise to 24C.
