'UK's most unloved cat' has been given up four times 'because she's so hard to live with'

cat is still looking for her forever home after being returned to a charity by four different owners that found her too hard to live with.Seren, a 12-year-old black and white feline, has been at a Cats Protection adoption centre in Evesham, Worcestershire, since April 2021.Despite finding new owners on four separate occasions, she has been swiftly returned to the shelter in a matter of days due to her settling style.READ MORE: 'Three dead and five wounded' after gunman opened fire at University as students fledSeren has since been dubbed the charity's “most-returned moggy” after being handed back four times in two years.Staff say she is always calling for attention and loves a cuddle but she can get defensive when she feels unsafe in new surroundings.And they believe if an owner was willing to give her time, she would soon develop to become their “best friend”.So far, Seren has only lasted between two days and two weeks before she has been brought back to the centre for re-homing again.Louise Hill, a cat care assistant at the shelter, said: “Seren is such a character and really brightens up my day at the centre.
