Ubisoft has appointed Raashi Sikka as vp global diversity and inclusion. As the first person to take such a position at the French video game publisher, Sikka will design and implement inclusion strategies that promote diversity and equity amongst Ubisoft's global workforce.
She willreport to co-founder and CEO Yves Guillemot. "Raashi’s experience in helping elevate diversity and inclusion strategies on an international scale will be a key in helping us move our workplace culture forward," said Guillemot in a statement. "We are committed to making Ubisoft a more inclusive and diverse company.
