Tyson Fury has brutally reacted to Dillian Whyte finally penning a £5.6m fight contract after several months of back and forth negotiations. The Gypsy King, 33, defeated Deontay Wilder in his trilogy bout back in October and looked destined to face Anthony Joshua for the first unified heavyweight of the WBA–WBC–IBF–WBO era.But Joshua suffered the second loss of his career the previous month at the Tottenham Hostpur stadium where Oleksandr Usyk stripped him of his belts via unanimous decision.

There was talk that Joshua would step aside of a second fight with Usyk to face Fury, but the former heavyweight champion instantly triggered his rematch clause.Fury has since been ordered to take on mandatory challenger Whyte, 33, who was delaying signing the contract as he wanted a bigger share of the fight purse. But the Jamaican-born boxer has now settled for a 20 per cent share of the stakes and Fury has taken to Instagram to mock Whyte's predictability."Oh my God, Dillian Whyte signed his contract for $8million [£5.6m].

What a surprise!" quipped Fury."An absolute idiot. Should this even be a talking point? The man's signed for the biggest payday he's ever going to get in his life."HAVE YOUR SAY!
