Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua has been touted as the biggest fight in British boxing history, but the Gypsy King's former trainer doesn't see it being all that close. In fact, Steve Egan went so far as to suggest AJ is "scared to death" of Fury and would be far outclassed by the Wythenshawe native if the pair do eventually meet in the ring.Egan started training Fury when he was a 14-year-old amateur in 2002 and helped oversee the early stages of the 33-0-1 fighter's development. The Gypsy King now holds the WBC and 'The Ring' world heavyweight titles and is hoping to unify the belts but also settle a score against his long-time rival. It's a bout that's long attracted attention as a once-in-a-lifetime encounter, but Fury's former mentor doesn't envision the clash being very competitive."Well, I hope that happens.

It’s an easy fight for Tyson," Egan told SunSport. "Joshua is not in his league, I think he’s scared to death. He lost a lot after he lost to Ruiz."It will be a big fight, biggest fight in British history I think.

Joshua has a lack of movement, and I don’t think he’s got a good chin. He has ducked Tyson in the past, you know."[Mathroom Sport promoter] Eddie Hearn is a very clever man he doesn’t want him anywhere near Tyson.
