Dillon shared a string of pictures of the pair, including one of them smiling at the camera in a swimming pool. There were also snaps of the pair smiling by the lake, cosying up while lying down and working out at the gym.
He captioned the post: "Everyone, meet John. I’ve planned on keeping my relationship private for personal reasons but lately I’ve been having a hard time dealing with things happening in my life and John has been my rock and helping me get through it all." He
