admitted attacking a pensioner in a Scots street. Scott Graham assaulted James Reid in Paisley, Renfrewshire. Graham, 27, set upon the 73-year-old in the town's Caledonia Street on Monday, June 28.He pushed the pensioner on the body, causing him to fall back and hit a wall.And Graham, of Paisley, also behaved in a threatening or abusive way, in breach of Section 38(1) of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010, by shouting, swearing and striking a door.Sheriff Simon Pender called for background reports to be prepared ahead of sentencing, and adjourned the case for that to be done.
Graham, who was released on bail ahead of sentencing, will return to the dock at Paisley Sheriff Court later this month to learn his fate.
