Three men 'with knives and poles' arrested after Wishaw residents left terrified

disturbance' in Gateside Road in Craigneuk around 11.30pm on Monday March 8.The alarm was raised over group of men allegedly brandishing 'knives and metal poles' in the street.Three men, aged 28, 29 and 32, were arrested in connection with the incident.Police also arrested a 29-year-old man for illegal use of a quad bike on Gateside Road.The man's quad was seized by cops.A spokesperson from Lanarkshire Police Division said: "At 11.30pm on Monday, March 8 police responded to an ongoing disturbance on the street at Gateside Road, Craigneuk involving males with knives and metal poles."Police attended and through investigation arrested three males aged 28, 32 and 29."Police also arrested a 29-year-old male for Illegal use of a quad on Gateside.
