Officers say a man in his 40s was left with serious injuries after a collision with a grey Vauxhall Astra.It is understood that it happened following an altercation between two vehicles.One eyewitness reported seeing a group of people shouting and 'waving an axe around' prior to the collision.Meanwhile, footage posted on social media also showed a number of people shouting in the street before a car appeared to be driven towards a man.As the camera cuts away, a woman can be heard screaming, "They've run him over."No arrests have been made in connection with the incident, say GMP.Following the collision, which happened shortly before 5.20pm, police.
