The King: Eternal Monarch is fast pacing towards the finish line. With the episodes that aired last weekend, the plot intensified. The previous episode watched Lee Min Ho's Lee Gon announce the new queen of The Kingdom of Corea following Kim Go Eun's Jung Tae Eul having a near-death experience. The plot twisted further when Woo Do Hwan's Captain Jo Yeong spots Prime Minister Goo Seo Ryung in the Republic of Korea, hinting that she has not only crossed paths with Lee Lim but has also considered joining his menacing plan. 

The cast of The King: Eternal Monarch came together for a game of Jenga with the team of Netflix. Lee Min Ho, Kim Go Eun, Woo Do Hwan, Jung Eun Chae, and Kim Kyung Nam try their best to keep the Jenga in place while answering numerous questions about themselves and the SBS drama they star in. While the ratings in South Korea haven't met the expectations, Min Ho is leaving no stone unturned to deliver a memorable performance.

After a stellar start back in April, owing to numerous factors including Lee Min Ho's return to the small screen following the end of his military enlistment, the SBS drama couldn't take off as expected. With rocky ratings, fans have been debating if this show deserves a watch. 

After an intense episode 11 of The King: Eternal Monarch, the creators have given a glimpse of what will happen next. The last episode was a stunning showcase of Lee Gon and Jung Tae-eul’s unbreakable bond and how the love birds would do anything to support each other. In episode 11, Tae-eul was chased by Lee Lim's men, who were on a mission to capture her dead or alive. When her car ran out of gas, she called Lee Gon from a payphone and detailed everything that happened to her.

There are no two ways about it: Lee Min Ho oozes the regal vibe in The King: Eternal Monarch. The South Korean actor marks his return to the small screen after completing his military enlistment with the SBS drama. Although the K-Drama series is getting mixed reactions from fans, Min Ho still holds a special place in everyone's hearts. However, a BTS fan reimagined the series with the band's eldest member Jin. The ARMY member took to Twitter to share their views with a poster. 

While Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun's chemistry in the spotlight of The King: Eternal Monarch, fans are enjoying Woo Do Hwan's bond with Min Ho and Go Eun off-screen as well. The actor plays dual roles in the show. In the Republic of Korea, the actor essays the role of Jo Eun-Sup, a happy-go-lucky public worker, who shares a little brother like relationship with Go Eun's Jung Tae Eul. Whereas in the Kingdom of Corea, the actor plays the chief royal guard Jo Yeong who protects Min Ho's Lee Gon. 

The King: Eternal Monarch has been struggling with ratings in South Korea but that isn't bringing Kim Go Eun's spirits down. The actress, who plays detective Jung Tae Eul on the series, has been sharing some heartwarming moments from the series. Today, Go Eun took to Instagram and shared three photos from the sets. In the candid photos from the sets, the gorgeous star appears to have a good time with his co-stars. The photos have been shot amid takes from the police station.
