Ancoats is oft-hailed as one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world right now, with its bountiful supply of hipster bars, quirky concept cafes and home to Manchester's first Michelin Star restaurant for decades in the midst of the regenerated mills and cobbled streets.
Now it can also lay claim to be home to "Manchester's first slab shack" in the shape of Lazy Tony's Lasagneria - dedicated, as the title would suggest, to oozing, fresh-made slabs of the finest baked pasta goodies.
