Retired royal navy warrant officer Derek was one of four contestants joining host Bradley Walsh on the show on Wednesday. Bradley hoped he would do well as he built up a decent amount in the cash builder, before preparing to face Shaun, the Dark Destroyer.
The 84 year old faced a harsh battle too, as Shaun seemed determined to take him down. He told him: "Hello sailor, goodbye Derek." But Derek immediately killed him with kindness, and a confession that changed everything.
