Brainy TV quizzer Mark Labbett wants to swap his suit for a wig and high heels. The star of The Chase, who is known as The Beast, is hooked on RuPaul’s Drag Race.

And he is hoping he will one day get to be a contestant and strut his stuff on its famous catwalk. Mark, 54, said: “My guiltiest TV pleasure is watching RuPaul’s Drag Race. “If there were a celebrity version, I would do it. “I’d be fabulous.

I’m 6ft 7in, so in heels I’d be the world’s first seven-foot drag queen!” The show features amateur drag queens competing in daft challenges and lip sync performances in front of judges including RuPaul and Strictly’s Michelle Visage.
