Following a devastating few years for the tourism industry due to the Covid pandemic, the hopefuls were sent abroad. They headed to the Caribbean island of Antigua where they were tasked with selling and running bespoke tours.
But while the team were forced to dress in their business entire while on a beach, Karren wowed viewers with her look. She ditched the business suit for a strapped blue top and matching trouser skirt.
