Ben Shephard has revealed he's set to go through rehab after going under the knife following a ruptured ACL and tearing of the meniscus in his knee.The 46 year old spoke out about the horrific injury in late June, explaining he sustained it while playing in the final of the Arthur Dunn Veterans' Cup. Now, the Good Morning Britain host has shared an update with his 473,000 followers as he first shared a photo of his leg with an arrow drawn on it as he lay in a hospital bed.

Good Morning Britain’s Ben Shephard has updated his fans on his health following his surgery.The presenter posted the news from the bed as he revealed he has a “long, slow” recovery ahead.Ben had to have an operation on his leg after he badly severed the nerves during a football game.The presenter tore his meniscus, ruptured his ACL and fractured his leg.Now Ben has shared an update about his condition as he detailed what his recovery will be.Taking to his Instagram stories, the Tipping Point host shared a video with his followers.He said: “Hi there everybody, thank you for all the amazing love and messages.“For those who didn’t know I ruptured my ACL and tore my meniscus in my knee playing football.”Ben then shared a look at his leg
