Kid Cudi joins Coachella weekend two line-up
Kid Cudi has been announced as the latest addition to the Coachella 2024 weekend two line-up.Today (April 17), Coachella took to social media to reveal the daily schedule for this weekend’s festival, and teased Kid Cudi’s involvement through its caption, which read: “On the pursuit of happiness.”Per the schedule, Kid Cudi is due to perform at the Sahara Tent on Sunday (April 21) from 5:10pm PDT until 5:50pm PDT.A post shared by Coachella (@coachella)The performance will mark Kid Cudi’s first appearance at the festival since 2019, when he closed out the Sahara Tent and brought out Kanye West as a guest performer. During his 2019 set, Cudi paid tribute to late rappers Mac Miller and Nipsey Hustle.It is also worth noting that Vampire Weekend, who were a surprise addition to the opening weekend of this year’s Coachella, will not be performing for weekend two.In other Coachella news, Will Smith joined J Balvin for a cover of the Men In Black theme song, while Reneé Rapp brought out Kesha to perform ‘TiK ToK’, Tyler, The Creator invited Childish Gambino, A$AP Rocky and Kali Uchis onstage for his headlining set on Saturday, and Lana Del Rey duetted with Billie Eilish on Friday night.
