Schools across Lanarkshire are set to close from this Friday.The First Minister Nicola Sturgeon confirmed the news this afternoon.She said the two main drivers behind the decision are the science and having people available on the ground to deal with the virus.The news comes as the Scottish Government say the schools are losing more and more staff, and are struggling to continue as normal.The three key issues will be:■ supporting vulnerable pupils who rely on free school meals■ how to address the issue of exams this year■ and how to put in place arrangements to support the children of key workers.Ms Sturgeon outlined that the Scottish Government would work closely with schools and are putting in place key plans to support those who are
