Detectives are investigating a "significant" series of break-ins carried out by two men across Dundee in the space of a few hours using a stolen car.
The thieves nicked a white Honda Jazz from Pitreavie Place early on Sunday and used it to run smash-and-grabs on a series of businesses across the city.
The men broke into a garage on Dalhousie Road at around 5.20am, and stole a till and money from two takeaway restaurants in Campfield Square, Broughty Ferry at an unspecified time during the night.They also broke into three lock-ups on Castle Street, a garage in Raglan Street and another business in the village of Birkhill, on Dundee's north-western edge.After carrying out the brazen thefts the pair then dumped the Honda Jazz, registration
