Gogglebox star Andrew Bennett has been jailed for a sex attack on a teenage boy.The TV star rose to fame on the Channel 4 hit show with his co-star pal Fawn.He allegedly cornered the young lad at a house and made him the target of a shocking attack that left him "in tears".Andrew, 47, starred on the Channel 4 show in series 12 but has been out of the casting for a number of years.A court heard that he had taken "selfies" with the victim and then cornered him on a sofa while putting his hands down his pants.He had also given him a love bite on his neck and attempted to lure him upstairs for oral sex.Andrew had initially denied all charges and blamed his behaviour on "slimming drugs".After DNA tests linked him to the boy, Andrew later admitted to one charge of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and two of sexual activity with a child.Judge Tim Gittins sentenced him to 29 months behind bars and he now has to sign the sex offenders register and abide by a sexual harm prevention order for ten years.The court judge said the love bite was a "clear injury and unwanted, painful reminder of your unwanted attentions that night".He also told him: "You sought to blame slimming drugs for your behaviour."I acknowledge this was an aberration in your behaviour, it was unplanned and only occurred because you were intoxicated."Prosecutor Glenn Gatland told the court Bennett, who had been drinking at the time, asked the boy if he and his girlfriend had had sex and moved his hands down his pants.The prosecutor added: "He started saying he was gay and was asking (the complainant) if he was gay."The complainant said he was not gay.He continued: "The defendant started to put his hands down his pants again then told him to
