Sign up today for the best stories straight to your inboxA spearfisher had a lucky escape after he was attacked by a crocodile and bitten in the face.The man, from Broome, Australia admitted it was the scariest experience of his life.He was spearfishing in the remote region of Pender Bay, Western Australia, when the terrifying reptile struck.Photos of the man in his 30s reveal just how close the crocodile was to blinding his left eye as its razor sharp teeth sunk into his face millimetres from his eyelid.The unnamed spearfisher told 7 News the attack was the “scariest he’s experienced in his entire life”.With blood streaming down from the cut beside his eye, the man was rushed nearly 125miles.
