Snow set to fall this weekend as Arctic plume brings sub-zero temperatures to UK

forecasters, many Brits should be bracing themselves for a flurry of snow in the coming days as sub-zero conditions are set to fall on areas across the UK.This weekend, temperatures will begin to plummet following a severe Arctic drop.Modelling maps from WXCharts show that temperatures are set to drop around January 31, with Scotland and northern regions set to be blitzed with snowy conditions.On Sunday temperatures could reach as low as -5C in Scotland, with WXCharts warning that the country's most northern regions may experience up to 7cm of snow settling on the ground.The arrival of a deep cold flurry from the North Pole could last several weeks.
