Sir Michael Palin's next adventure will be an appearance on the Simpsons, he has announced. The Monty Python legend shared the big news on The One Show on Tuesday night.
Confirming the rumours were true, he said: "Yes, I've recorded my contribution. I play a museum curator - he's a wacky character." He is the latest big name star to get a guest slot on the longest-running American sitcom ever.
The 77-year-old joins the likes of Michael Jackson, Ricky Gervais and Gordon Ramsay in being re-mastered by the cartoon's artists.
