According to Ukrainan civilian, Karolina Stolozh, Russian saboteurs had been hiding arms and ammunition in toys so they could “shoot people in shelters”.
After five men with Russian accents were arrested for “acting suspiciously” in an underground railway station where civilians were taking shelter from Russian artillery fire, police seized a teddy bear that had sixteen bullets stuffed inside its fur.
