The Met Office has predicted temperatures reaching as high as 30C this weekend which means we'll be in for a few uncomfortable evenings.
The predicted rise in temperatures has prompted a warning from the UKHSA which is urging people, especially vulnerable groups such as pensioners, to be extra careful over the weekend.
People are also being advised to avoid spending to long outside under the intense heat as this can increase the risk of any adverse reactions.
Despite this, high temperatures can make staying at home just as uncomfortable as being outside in the blazing heat, especially when it comes to trying to go bed.
